CREAZIONI DI COMO® @ Dubai Design Week 2022

A few weeks after the conclusion of the Dubai Design Week, returning with its 8th edition, we would like to thank our partners Oriens Consulting and Comoexport, who have supported us in organising a workshop dedicated to  CREAZIONI DI COMO®'s collections.

Dubai represents the beating heart of the design community in the Middle East. Despite the decision not to exhibit at the Dowtown Design fair, we have felt that this year's Design Week, after more than two years of shutdown due to the pandemic, was a special platform that allowed us to reconnect with long-standing clients and meet new emerging players in the field of interior design.

Inspiration from landscapes of Lake Como remains the trait d'union of the fabrics presented by CREAZIONI DI COMO®. Refinement and neutral tones are paired with articles that are more experimental on aspects such as design, finish and increasingly sustainable materials (e.g. recycled polyester, regenerated cotton, etc.). In addition to sustainability, the event focused on quality and durability of materials in interior design- these are distinctive features of Made in Italy fabrics, particularly from small textile producers, heirs of an artisan tradition that is still the starting point in any product creation.
